The Empower Hearts Campaign is a fundraiser for the benefit of the 50 child survivors (ages 3 – 21) of sex trafficking and sexual violence currently cared for at AFESIP’s Tom Dy Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The Empower Hearts Campaign aims to raise funds for the following purposes:
1.) To train two of the eldest girls at the center, Nora and Ratana, to become yoga instructors. They will then provide yoga and meditation healing classes for the younger girls for years to come. These funds can also cover the expense of weekly yoga classes taught by Krama Yoga instructors for all of the girls while Nora and Ratana are still in training.
2.)High-quality English and Computer skills instruction for all 50 girls for 3 years.
3.) English instruction for the current staff at AFESIP for 3 years so they can better raise funds for the organization by working with international partners.
All tickets sales and raffle proceeds going towards the cause.

We hit at 10pm. The show is 10 dollars. And you should bring 10 people…. JK, but you should bring yourself and a friend. See you Friday, New York! And make sure to share this Facebook event with all of your posse: https://www.facebook.com/events/429367300582516/
I’m SO thrilled that the freaking HUFFINGTON POST just published an article about PASSION/POISON, shared the ‘Woman of the Wild’ music video, and interviewed me about my opinions on gender imbalance in the music industry. So cool! Read it here and then share it with your friends!
NASHVILLE! I’m stoked to tell you that I’ve curated an incredible 8 off 8th, and it’s happening TONIGHT for FREE at Mercy Lounge (1 Cannery Row, Nashville) !!!
Don’t know what 8 off 8th is? It’s a tradition that’s been happening for over a decade in Nashville. Every Monday, 8 Nashville artists hit the Mercy Lounge stage (off 8th avenue…get it?) and play 3 songs each! It’s super exciting and I’m honored to have gotten the chance to curate this one! The night starts at 8:00 sharp and there are killer beer specials! If you don’t have plans, I’d say this is the place to be. It’s going to be a gorgeous night.
